The farm operates a 5-6 year crop rotation policy to conserve soil health and fertility. This rotation maintains soil structure and prevents harmful build up of virus, pests and diseases. This is important in order to produce healthy, strong crops year on year.

Primarily we grow potatoes, wheat and spring barley. This is all sold within Scotland but can make to all corners of the UK and regularly into Europe.

As part of our rotation we also grow oil seed rape and rent some of our land each year to other farmers for the production of Turnips and Peas. Please look at the links for more information on our produce.
